Alex Crisses, a principal at Insight Venture Partners, is involved in a variety of chairty work. He is the former Director of Fundrasing as well as the Executive Committee Member of Minds Matter, which is a non-profit organization for supporting underpriviliged high school students in New York. He is also a supporter of the Make a Wish Foundation, and belongs to fundraising organizations like the New York City Police Foundation and the Sergeants Benevolent Association. Alex Crisses is also the Event Chair for the New York City Police Foundation.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. At the University of Pennsylvania, Alex Crisses was a member of the Mortar Board National Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honor Society. At the Harvard Business School, he was the Conference Director as well as the Conference Chairman of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Club.
